Last updated: July 30, 2026. Roamly is a closed-beta learning product, and the data we collect is used to run accounts, save progress, improve training quality, and understand the registration funnel.
Data Roamly collects
- Account data, such as email, display name, authentication identifier, and sign-in status.
- Training data, such as answers, confidence choice, score, XP, streak, hearts, weak spots, SRS state, and session history.
- Product analytics events, including demo started, demo completed, registration gate shown, registration completed, and first full session.
- Feedback you submit during beta, including optional email and issue details.
- Technical data needed for security and reliability, such as request timestamps, user agent, and coarse locale.
How Roamly uses data
Roamly uses data to save your progress, personalize drills, show mistake review, debug beta issues, protect the service, and measure whether the guest demo helps users understand the product.
What Roamly does not do
- Roamly does not sell personal data.
- Roamly does not require guests to create an account to try the mini lesson.
- Roamly does not use AI image analysis in the current no-AI training flow.
Choices
Guests can use the demo without an account. Registered users can sign out, stop using the service, or contact the Roamly team to request account data deletion during beta.
